BOT PLANNER L5 is a fully independent, battery-operated construction robot designed for drywall finishing. The prototype is well-defined and actively progressing—our target is to reach a first functional prototype in ~40–45 days.
This is not a “waiting for help” project—this is an advanced build. Partners add leverage through equipment, data, integration knowledge, and supply continuity.
Below are vendors and suppliers contributing components, specifications, or availability that help accelerate the BOT PLANNER L5 prototype.
SPRAY PUMPS
Partner-aligned configurations for evaluation and potential loaner testing.
SPRAY PUMPS
Baseline 120V option used for early integration and broad site compatibility.
SPRAY PUMPS
High-flow baseline option for heavier texture and larger tip operation.
SPRAY GUN
Automatic airless spray gun (single-acting). Larger material passages can support higher flow applications.
SANDING
Selected for dust-controlled sanding workflows (tool + extractor integration).
BATTERY
Battery architecture designed for scalable runtime via stacked modules.
INVERTER
Selected to support mixed 120V / 240V loads under battery operation.
AIR
Compressed air support for auxiliary pneumatic needs (prototype).
ROBOT ARM
Industrial arm for spraying, skimming, and sanding tool interfaces. End-effector tooling standardized across FR5 / FR10.
MOBILITY
Omnidirectional chassis mobility for precise wall tracking and tight-space navigation.
FABRICATION
Metal stamping / fabrication support for prototype and production feasibility.
SERVICES
Fast-turn manufacturing services used when speed and iteration are the priority.
We can share a partner-ready integration plan, test targets, and a clear scope for validation.
